Our development method involves scenario calculations to identify future bottlenecks. Targeted R&D projects have addressed these bottlenecks and increased torque density. Key components have been redesigned: Our key innovations include optimizing the planetary stage layout, enhancing bearings and gears, and utilizing advanced materials with induction hardening. These technologies have been integrated into a single prototype to demonstrate system functionality and reliability. INTENSE TESTING TO ENSURE WINERGY QUALITY

To ensure high reliability and well-known Winergy high-quality standards, our prototype underwent intense testing over several months, supported by 1.5 km of measurement cables within the gearbox for comprehensive analysis.
