Endoscopic Practical Training is your diagnostic toolkit for assessing gearbox condition. It combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience using endoscopic inspection techniques on Winergy gearboxes.
Training focus:

  • Introduction to Winergy and wind gearbox design principles
  • Real damage pictures to recognize typical failure patterns
  • Correct definition and classification of inspection findings
  • Theoretical preparation for endoscopic inspections

REPAIR TRAINING

Repair Training builds directly on Gearbox Basic Training and turns theory into practical repair skills using the Winergy Uptowner Repair Solution. Participants work step by step on real gearboxes.

  • Bearing assembly and disassembly
  • Proper bearing adjustment
  • Hands-on use of the Winergy Uptowner Repair Solution

ON-SITE TRAINING
Tailored training at your site – adapted to your needs.
On-Site Training brings Winergy expertise directly to your environment. It combines Gearbox Basic Training, Endoscopic Training, and practical exercises, configured according to your fleet and requirements.
